Rey:

Funny you should ask.

Yes, I do know some of the guys that show up in the various pictures from time to time.

I had several friends from Venezuela when I went to Mount.

Some family history, my Dad was staying in an old age home at the Mount when he passed away.

My brother also went to school at Mount and my sister used to work with addicts at the old school after it was closed several years ago.

The guy in the photo holding the shotgun is actually my cousin Ian de Verteuil and his brother David de Verteuil, is my fishing cousin who lives in Oakville.

Ian lives on Vancouver Island somewhere north of Victoria.

He visited last summer on his way back from Trinidad.

His mom and two other brothers also live in Oakville.

Hey Roland,

These guys all went to Mount St. Benedict.

Somehow, they think I'm Rey Morillo who went there.

I have a cousin in Venezuela with the same name so maybe it's him.

Anyway, you recognize any of these guys?

I told them to keep me on their email list, just for the hell of it.

Anyways I forwarded your email to him to see if he recognized anyone and of course he did.

Small world, his email is rdabadie@sympatico.ca.

Drop him a line let him know Rey Morillo sent you.

One day when I strike it rich we'll hook up a big reunion until then take care.

Thanks & God Bless

Hello Mr Coscarart.

My name is Herman Verkruissen, I just found out myself about the web site from the Abbey in Trinidad.

And I saw that you are living in Bristol, Louisiana.

I did' finish school I went in 1960 and 1961 when my father told me that we were moving to Mexico.

I am from Holland but not a citizen yet but working on it.

We left Mexico 2 years later to New Orleans then moved to Lake Charles where I have been now for 40 years.

I did find a picture of me on the site.

www.theabbeyschool.com/MSBBiography/htm

go to class photos and scroll down to class of 1966 (Taken earlier) top row I am the 3rd one from the right with light hair.

That was a surprise for me.

Anyway, let me know if you received my e-mail maybe one day we can meet and talk about the school.

Since I saw the web site, I have been putting a book together with everything I can find. Anyway take.

Dear Ladislao,

First of all, a very Happy New Year to you and may you have a very good, healthy and blessed 2005.

I really enjoy getting the circulars and catching up on the news of the some of the guys we used to know in our youth.

I noticed you had not sent me any circulars recently and just thought that maybe you were on a Christmas break or away on holiday somewhere.

Anyway, please try again as I don't know why my address is rejecting your circulars.

I hope you get this from me.

Some guys e.g. Paul de Labastide, Howard Ho saw my address and wrote me.

It was nice making contact again.

Best regards

Annabella.

Dear Priscilla,

I am having Annabelle's email address rejected??

I just wonder if you could forward the circulars to her and ask her if she would like to continue to receive them.

Happy New Year and good health

God Bless

Ladislao
